These 20mm (1/72nd) WWI French Dragoons with Lance, are suitable for early war campaigns. Dressed in a bright blue tunic and red trousers with a dragoon helmet and standard leather boots.

WWI French Dragoons with Lance weapon information.

The Modèle 1913 Lance retained the M1890 blade type. Both had a hollow ground triangular blade with rondel stop below it to prevent over penetration of the target.

This stop also provided an attachment point for a pennant. The grip on the M1913 was instead provided by a leather sleeve that fitted over the central section. Manufactured by the French arms company Manufacture d’armes de Châtellerault.

The Lebel Model 1886 rifle is an bolt action infantry rifle that entered service in the French Army in 1887. It is a repeating rifle that can hold eight rounds in its fore stock tube magazine, one round in the transporter plus one round in the chamber.

The Lebel rifle remained the basic infantry weapon of French during the First World War. It is still being produced to this day. For more information see Wikipedia article.
